Booking & Terms
Please note that Eirigh na Greine has been renamed back to it's original name of The Old Manse and we have a new website.
The house is available throughout the year. Lets are generally from Saturday to Saturday although we are happy to discuss alternative periods in the mid- and low seasons. Rates range from £630 per week to £835 per week. Separate tariffs for Christmas and New Year.

What's included
Rentals include
all bed linen,
central heating,
electricity
and solid fuel
(coal/logs). Towels
are not provided.
Regret no pets and no smoking.
The house is
on two floors:
disabled access
to ground floor
only.
Deposit
An initial payment is required at the time of booking. Written confirmation of booking will be provided.

The balance
of the payment
is due no later
than 56 days

Bookings made
sooner than
56 days before
arrival will

be settled

Payments not

will be cancelled.
Payment
By cheque in GB pounds sterling drawn on a UK clearing bank, or
by direct bank transfer. Bank details will be supplied at the time of booking.
You can also pay by credit or debit card using PayPal's email service. There
is a 3.4% surcharge on each payment using this facility. Details on request.

Changes and Cancellation
Changes to booking dates, provided an alternative is available, can be made up to 56 days prior to arrival at no additional cost. Changes within 56 days of arrival are not permitted.
Cancellations made after a booking has been accepted will incur the loss of the deposit. Cancellations made after final payments have been paid will be rebated, as follows:

It recommended that guests take out appropriate holiday cancellation insurance at the time of booking.
Damage
deposit
The
house is cleaned
and inspected
before each
arrival. We
ask that you
leave it as
you find it.
A cash deposit of
£150
is required
with each final
payment to
cover damage, repairs and extra cleaning.
This will normally
be returned
to visitors
within 10 days
of departure.
Smoking
We operate a no smoking policy throughout the house. Failure to
observe this policy may impact the return of your damage deposit.

Arrival / Departure
Instructions for access will be provided with the final invoice.
The house will be available from 4.30 p.m. on the day of
arrival and must be vacated no later than 10.00 a.m. on
the day of departure. These times are set to ensure adequate time for cleaning
and preparation and to enable the house to be in immaculate condition for
guests' arrival. Please try to observe them as closely as possible.
